We are seeking a Contact Centre Professional to join our team.

The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre, where you will be helping existing health insurance members with updating their information and answering general inquiries related to policies or claims.
You will also have the opportunity to up-skill in services for extras, hospital cover, and take on more complex calls.

Key Responsibilities:
* Helping existing health insurance members with updating their information and answering general inquiries related to policies or claims.
* Up-skilling in services for extras, hospital cover, and taking on more complex calls.
* Applying empathy, active listening and problem-solving skills to deal with sensitive calls and vulnerable members.
* Ensuring accuracy in information and adhering to compliance.
Training & Support:
We offer 7 weeks of comprehensive training on a supportive team. This includes virtual and non-virtual classroom style training, learning theory, compliance, role plays, and putting learnings into practice.
We provide ongoing support throughout your role, with excellent team leaders who are always available to help.
