**About the Role**:
**This role is based in Nhulunbuy, NT.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with developing a new Arnhem Land-based fashion and art brand, including all aspects of brand development.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that will drive sales and increase brand awareness for our new fashion line.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that our products are aligned with the latest fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Manage the eCommerce platform and ensure that it is optimised for maximum conversion rates.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Provide day-to-day support of the brand and fulfilment centre operations including production, staff support, logistics and fulfilment operations where necessary.
**Skills and experience**:
- Experience in marketing, fashion, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in fashion or art marketing, with a focus on eCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills including proficient written and oral communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the latest trends and customer preferences.
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience working in a remote or regional environment and/or with First Nations people.
- A relevant qualification in art management, marketing, or business.
