**Key Responsibilities**: 
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
- Ensure the store layout and displays reflect the brand's luxury image and appeal to our client's target market. 
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to your customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. 
- Use your creative expertise to assist customers in styling their homes with our client's luxurious range of products, providing personalized design advice and recommendations to enhance their living spaces. 
- Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills. 
**Qualifications**: 
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail environment, preferably in luxury interiors or a related industry. 
- Strong merchandising skills with an eye for detail and design. 
- Exceptional customer and client aftercare experience. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
