Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Preparing cost plans, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency. Supporting and mentoring junior team members. Working independently while collaborating with a skilled team.What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level. Strong cost planning, financial management, and presentation skills. Excellent communication – you know how to build solid working relationships.
