Belconnen Physiotherapy Clinic is a dynamic health care provider. We are also one of Canberra's longest-standing physiotherapy practices, established in 1973.
Our team are friendly and highly skilled professionals working Monday to Friday in the Belconnen Town Centre
The clinic provides services in spinal, musculoskeletal, sports injuries and rehabilitation, functional strength and conditioning, effective pain management, Pilates and much more.
About the role:
Customer Service Team members are our face of the business and the first impression for all staff and patients to always be made feel welcome and part of our inclusive clinic.
The successful candidate will need to work a varied roster between 7:45am to 6:30pm, up to 25hrs per fortnight.
About you:
The successful candidate will need to be well-presented and require relevant experience, personality and attitude including the following attributes and skills:
* Friendly, confident and personable with the ability to form relationships easily with patients and co workers
* Care and empathy need to be at the centre of your core values
* Resilient and able to handle difficult situations should they arise
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Can stay focused and able to prioritise competing tasks
* Sound computer knowledge with good Microsoft Office Suite skills
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise between patients, staff, family and other stakeholders
Key Duties:
* Caring for our patients and fellow team members
* Booking, maintaining, and managing appointments
* Liaising with patients, families and stakeholders
* Handling EFTPOS & HiCaps payments
* Fax, scan, and file documents
* Answering telephone in a polite manner
* Create documents and letters
* Receive and convey clear concise messages to appropriate team members
* Maintain accurate and detailed records
* General administrative duties
* Housekeeping duties
