Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
About the Role:
This is a highly engaging sales position that involves generating revenue through inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will work under supervision to identify opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound sales calls and receive inbound calls to sell products and services to potential new and existing customers.
* Qualify clients using value-based selling methods, research their history and needs, and develop complete service proposals targeting upgrade and cross-sell opportunities.
* Respond to customer concerns, proactively contact customers at risk of cancelling services, and use value-based sales skills to uncover service issues and needs.
* Build a pipeline of potential future business via internet prospecting, territory lists, campaigns, and other sources.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide satisfactory solutions and identify sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of B2B or outside sales experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and preferably a Bachelor's degree.
