About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our team in Osborne, SA. In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and repair structural and mechanical components for submarines, ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal and composite components.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Perform quality checks and maintain tight tolerances.
Collaborate with supervisors and inspectors to meet production goals.
Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in MMAW/GTAW welding processes (highly desirable).
Welding Certification 3E and quenched & tempered steel experience (highly desirable).
Previous shipbuilding experience (desirable).
Ability to work in confined spaces and adapt to challenges.
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
Current National Police Clearance.
