Compassionate Care Support
We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults, supporting them to maintain independence, confidence, and wellbeing at home.
As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care and mobility assistance with dignity and respect. Your role will involve supporting daily living tasks and community activities, fostering independence and enabling clients to achieve their personal goals and stay socially connected.
* Deliver high-quality personal care and mobility support to clients in their own homes.
* Assist with daily living tasks, including grooming, toileting, and feeding.
* Transport clients to appointments and outings (paid kilometres).
* Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless client outcomes.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Community) or Nursing student with placement completed.
* Experience working in Aged Care or Community Services.
* Empathy, reliability, and genuine passion for supporting others.
* Current Driver's Licence, reliable insured vehicle, and current First Aid & CPR certification.
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) and COVID-19 vaccination highly recommended.
