They provides end-to-end project management including planning, design, and construction primarily for the telecommunication carriers Optus and TPG. It also self performs much of the End to End (E2E) activity. Services are also provided to other wireless tower owners and telecommunications providers.

**Job Type**: Permanent (Full time role)
As a lead Technician your role will be to upgrade, install & commission sites. Generally, this will involve the following activities plus other duties as required & within your capability.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ensure all activities are completed in a safe manner & in accordance with health / safety regulations and operator outage requirements
- Upgrade, install & commission telecommunications sites to industry best standards & quality in accordance with current operator standards, eliminating the need to return to site to fix quality issues
- Assist with schedule / co-ordination of works with Project Engineers / Managers
- Site material take offs
- Build sites to budget & schedule
- Ensure all tools & test equipment is maintained in accordance with regulations & manufacturers standards

- Carry out your duties in a manner which does not adversely affect your own health and safety or that of others

- Undertake any training provided in relation to WHS
- Immediately report all matters which may affect workplace health and safety to your supervisor / manager

- Undertake only those tasks for which you have authorisation for and/or the necessary training, and for which all necessary safety arrangements are in place
