Administrative Assistant (Southbank, VIC) | Full-Time On-site | Real Estate / Property Investment
At OneCorp, we don't just work in property — we help Australians take control of their financial future.
We are a high-performance property investment business with a close-knit team of 15-20 professionals. We operate with clear structure, high standards, and strong accountability.
If you enjoy being around driven people, staying close to the action, and keeping things running smoothly, you'll feel like working with a dream team here.
The Role
This role is responsible for protecting time, prioritising outcomes, and ensuring follow-through across the business through disciplined, high-quality Executive Assistant support.
You'll focus on core Administrative Assistant / EA responsibilities executed with precision — managing schedules, communication, documentation, and office operations so leaders can stay focused and effective.
This role suits someone who is approachable, switched-on, and proactive — someone who blends easily into a high-performance team and knows when to step in, follow up, or speak up, without needing to drive strategic initiatives at this stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
* Act as the primary gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Actively prepare high-quality agendas, reports, presentations, and executive communications
* Close loops relentlessly — track actions, deadlines, and commitments so nothing is dropped
* Manage office operations, coordination, and day-to-day administration
* Oversee expenses, reconciliations, and financial administration with accuracy and discretion
* Handle ad-hoc, time-critical tasks and shifting priorities with confidence and composure
Who Are We Looking For?
You are an A-Player Administrative Assistant / EA who:
* Operates with exceptional organisation, structure, and attention to detail, staying ahead of the CEO and protecting their time proactively
* Takes pride in executing core responsibilities to a consistently high standard
* Prioritises confidently and anticipates needs before they arise, closing loops and ensuring nothing is left unfinished
* Communicates clearly, professionally, and with sound judgement, owning the calendar, inbox, updates, and meeting follow-ups
* Takes ownership naturally, enjoys working closely with a CEO, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience supporting a senior leader as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
* Strong organisation, prioritisation, and follow-through
* Sound judgement, discretion, and professional communication style
