We have an excellent role on with a successful Financial Services company.

They have a outstanding team culture and are big on developing their staff.

We are currently recruiting a receptionist to work as part of an excellent team where you will receive development and progression along with a competitive salary.

This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys a client facing role and seeks to get more exposure and experience within financial services.

About the role

- Answering and making outbound calls

- Directing calls to team members as well as taking detailed messages

- Welcoming clients on arrival to the office

- Responsible for diary and email management

- Responsible for day-to-day functions of a reception including mail, scanning, filing and general office management.

- Respond effectively and quickly to client enquiries.

- Work as part of a team to ensure service levels and deadlines are met.

- Actively participate in the business to improve processes and procedures.

- Event management and coordination

About you

- Experience within a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Team player with demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

- Great interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with clients and with team members.

- A desire to learn and develop additional skills.

Salaries are dependent on experience
