We are looking for individuals who are caring, supportive, reliable and have a great attitude to join our local team in the region.No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.On-the-job training provided.We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks.
As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more
