We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our Devonport service team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent results for our clients. The successful candidate will play a key hands-on leadership role, guiding and supporting technicians while overseeing the coordination and delivery of service activities.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of highly skilled technicians in delivering exceptional service to clients.
* Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
* Oversee the coordination and delivery of service activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
* Foster a strong safety culture and promote safe work practices throughout the team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical Knowledge:
* Instrumentation knowledge and experience.
* Familiarity with PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and VFDs.
* Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Leadership and Communication Skills:
* Proven leadership and team coordination experience.
* High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage customer relationships and expectations.
* Business Acumen:
* Proficient in the use of computers and standard software tools.
* Experience with business systems (e.g., MYOB) for quoting and project tracking.
