Our client is a Global market leader. An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their Corporate Head Office in Rhodes.
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Site Manager you will be working alongside another Receptionist sharing the responsibility of the front desk duties. The hours will be negotiated between the core office hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm. The responsibilities will include however will not be limited by;
- Meet and Greet Visitors
- Manage Incoming calls
- General admin support to various departments within the business
- Coordinate meeting rooms
- Assist with planning and catering for internal meetings and functions
- Other duties as requested by your Manager

**About you**
To secure this fantastic opportunity you will have;
- Excellent phone manner
- Similar experience in a previous role
- Good Computer literacy, i.e. Intermediate use of MS Office
- A happy outlook with a flexible approach to work and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks to assist your colleagues
