As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our head office team in NSW.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing components, materials, and services.Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams, as well as our manufacturing partners in China, to determine:Which brand of products should be installed,Which models/components best suit different caravan ranges,How to maintain product competitiveness while ensuring cost-effectiveness.Build and manage supplier relationships with industry leaders such as Cruisemaster, Coast to Coast RV, and other key partners.Coordinate across departments (design, workshop, sales, service, and manufacturing) to align procurement with product development.Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless operations.Evaluate supplier performance and analyse procurement data to drive savings, quality, and efficiency.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry standards, and sustainability objectives.About YouProven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (manufacturing, RV, or automotive sector highly regarded).
