Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance residing in Australia only respond.
* Contract start: 26 February 2024, for 12 months with extensions up to 12 months.
* Locations: Canberra, Richmond, Surry Hills.
* Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce platform; build end-to-end automated processes using declarative tools.
* Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components: FlexCards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, and integration procedures.
* Perform system administration: manage users, monitor application metrics, configure Salesforce, and ensure data integrity.
* Deploy changes via existing DevOps framework.
* Interrogate log sources to investigate issues.
* Evaluate new Salesforce releases; assess functionality requirements and impact on departments/users.
* Develop and maintain documentation of processes and configurations.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across disciplines.
* Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
* Troubleshoot API and integration issues, e.g., MuleSoft.
* Develop event monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
* Provide knowledge transfer and team training.
Note: Every application must address the selection criteria listed below.
1. At least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Experience/exposure with Salesforce Industries, including OmniStudio.
3. Hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments.
4. Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder.
5. Demonstrable experience supporting Experience Cloud.
6. Platform Developer I Certification or Vlocity Certification is a plus.
7. Enthusiasm for accessible design and development, with a focus on accessibility.
