We are seeking candidates with commercial construction experience as a Contract Administrator. The role forms an integral part of the team in ensuring the financial and commercial aspects of the project are managed within the guidelines of the Joint Venture deliverables.
THE ROLE
The site and office-based role includes key tasks including:
* Preparation, collation and summary of subcontractor tender packs and subsequent reporting.
* Subcontractor and material procurement and administration.
* Input to monthly claims and reporting processes at subcontractor and client level.
* Cost management and reporting.
* Liaison with design teams and site teams to ensure adequate transfer of information.
