About the role We are seeking a commercially driven Store Manager to take full ownership of a flagship retail location. This is a leadership role for a true sales closer, someone who thrives on accountability, sets the pace, and builds teams of high-performing sales professionals. You will be given the autonomy to make the role your own and drive the store as if it were your own business. This role requires availability across a 7-day roster and involvement in consultative, end-to-end sales processes including in-home appointments, measure and quote, and closing. What you will do Take full accountability for store performance, sales results, and team output Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consultative sales team Lead from the front across the full sales journey, from showroom to in-home appointments Conduct measure and quote and support the team with closing complex sales Drive conversion, average sale value, and pipeline performance Own rostering, performance management, and day-to-day operations Build a performance-led culture with clear expectations and accountability What you will bring Proven Store Manager experience in consultative or big-ticket retail Strong closing capability with confidence in in-home sales environments Experience conducting or overseeing measure and quote processes Ability to build, motivate, and retain sales-driven teams Commercial mindset with full ownership of results Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster What's in it for you!
