As People, Culture & Compliance Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in the overall leadership and direction of Pathways Tasmania, helping us achieve our strategic priorities with a focus on building strong people and meeting our Risk & Compliance needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Pathways Tasmania Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be a key contributor to building and maintaining a strong culture in the organisation.Responsibility for People and Culture functions including WHS requirements and policy development.Oversight of Risk and Compliance Functions for the organisation, including maintaining ISO9001 accreditation.About Pathways TasmaniaPathways Tasmania is a faith-based community services organisation that provides three main service offerings to the local community:Launch Youth, Tasmania's only long-term shelter for teenage boys and young men, based in Hobart.Hobart Transformations, a residential therapeutic community drug and alcohol rehabilitation service operated under licence from Transformations Program Australia (TPA), and in partnership with Velocity Church in Hobart.
