About the Job:
* Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter with efficiency and courtesy.
* Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts in a timely manner.
* Promoting products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness, ensuring they meet company standards.
* Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* A full and valid Australian driver's license is essential.
* Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or sales, would be highly beneficial.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
* Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently.
