Basic Qualifications / Experience
•10+ years in project management in IT/business initiatives
•10+ years of experience in business analysis in IT/business initiatives
•10+ years in IT/business consulting – knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
•Understanding of IT network operations and ITSM
•Understanding of ITIL principles and practices
•Strong business acumen, with understanding of organisational / business strategy and values and how that drives IT
•Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior level stakeholders (internal / external / client)
•Excellent communication and client influencing skills, at all levels of management and personnel
•Strong proficiency in English, spoken and written
•Excellent documentation and presentation skills to senior management and C-level executives
•Team leading
•Ability to think big picture yet also have attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple consulting programs, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
•Experience working on the design, development and deployment of enterprise-supporting systems at scale
•Experience in building, implementing, and managing IT Operations
•Managed and delivered IT engagements for large, Enterprise customers.
•Familiarity with Cisco and Enterprise IT infrastructure and products
•Degree in a related Business, or Technology discipline
•Possess PM certification
•Possess BA certification
•Understand business and organisational change management
•Understand Enterprise IT Management frameworks (e.g., SAFe, ITIL Sigma, Agile/SCRUM processes, etc.)
•Flexible and adaptable; ability to turn ambiguous situations into defined and agreed paths forward
•Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the IT industry
