The Opportunity We are seeking a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our F&B leadership team. Overseeing the service of The Galley Kitchen, Moby's Bar and the Poolside Bar, you will strive to deliver intuitive and personalised service that reflects the highest standard of hospitality. Your Day to Day Welcome guests with warmth and efficiency Set up and pack down restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests Assist with rostering requirements and shift coverage Provide staff training to new team members and assist with current staff development plans Supervise and manage staff on shift Resolve customer complaints Prepare and serve barista standard coffee Provide full fine dining table service Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and presentation of wine Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery Follow RSA government legislation requirements Maintain cleanliness front of house areas Set up and break down of Function and Events on site Oversee and manage daily open and closing procedures About You You are a passionate senior Food and Beverage professional with fine dining experience. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities and communicate with confidence ensures an exceptional dining experience. Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to provide guidance and training to you team is essential to the success of this position. Previous hotel F&B experience is highly desirable, but more importantly, you bring the right attitude and attention to detail.
