As an ASSISTANT MANAGER in this CHIRNSIDE PARK showroom, you will be sales and KPI driven, and customer and team focused. It will be all about PEOPLE, RESULTS & STOCK. You will have a passion for customers and making someone's day amazing. Your skill set will include outstanding communication and administration management, you will be across reporting and have financial acumen. You will also have an extremely creative flair in product displays... and sales! Sales and closing the sale will come naturally to you as you are a 'people' person and love creating an experience for the customer.
Skills and Experience
* Ability to manage and be hands on in a small to medium size team
* Manage stocktakes, stock levels and visual merchandising
* Ordering of product, management of catalogue sales
* Wage control and roster management
* Ability to challenge and improve KPI results across the team and store
* Passion for learning about new product
* Lead from the front and by example
* Physical ability to merchandise and move furniture...
