Site Manager – Luxury Residential Builder/Developer – Eastern Suburbs
About the Company
This Builder/Developer is well known for delivering very high‐end luxury residential projects and are a close‐knit team delivering high‐end projects that sell for a lot!
This is a brand‐new luxury project so it will be your site to run from start to finish.
Duties
* Manage and supervise all on‐site construction activities, including the coordination of trades, materials, and equipment
* Ensure project plans, schedules, and budgets are followed, and provide regular progress updates to supportive and hands on senior management
* Monitor and maintain safe work practices, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all site personnel
* Liaise with subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
* Provide leadership and direction to the site team, including supervision, training, and performance management
* Manage and optimise site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency and productivity
* Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a deep understanding of relevant building codes and regulations – ideally in a Class 2 environment
* Excellent site management and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, delegate effectively, and make informed decisions
* Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the site team
* Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures
