About the role
You'll lead a supportive team of specialists passionate about elevating ideas to the next level. Supporting Health Partners' strategic pillar of operational excellence, you will drive the transformation of operational processes through continuous improvement, innovation, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead the Operational Excellence Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.
2. Identify, prioritize, and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and reduce costs.
3. Develop and execute the team's strategy aligned with overall business goals, focusing on integrating AI, automation, and robotics where applicable.
4. Manage and motivate the team of Quality and Continuous Improvement specialists to achieve organizational objectives.
5. Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring lasting impact with minimal disruption.
6. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure operational improvements and innovations, tracking tangible results.
7. Collaborate across departments to align goals, share knowledge, and drive transformation collectively.
About you
You are passionate about improving business processes and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will also have:
* Extensive experience in leading innovation, operational efficiency, and business transformation, especially in complex environments.
* Strong knowledge of current technology trends—AI, automation, robotics—and their application in business operations.
* A proven track record in process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and operational uplift.
* Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance big-picture vision with effective execution.
* Leadership skills to guide teams smoothly through change and make transformation an engaging journey.
