* Coordinate service delivery with key clients, drivers and depot staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage customer coordination, driver debriefing, freight bookings and scheduling, operations support and administrative tasks.
* Provide supervisory experience and problem-solving skills, resilience, excellent communication and industry knowledge.
