The role
Operations Manager – Applications close 14th June
We are a growing group of dental practices in the process of consolidating into a single, cohesive group. Our focus is on clinical excellence and innovation – developing advanced techniques, bringing consistency across our practices, and building a culture where great work is the norm.
This is an exciting stage for the business. We are moving fast, thinking ambitiously, and looking for people who want to be part of building something that genuinely raises the bar for dental care in Australia.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our executive management team and help lead the operational side of the group.
This is a senior role. You will work closely with our three founding directors, act as the primary point of contact for staff across all practices and take real ownership of how the business runs day to day. The expectation is that you reduce the operational load on our clinical leadership and help us scale effectively as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Owning and implementing the Operations Manual across all practices
- Setting and maintaining consistent operational and clinical standards
- Acting as the link between Directors and practice staff – managing escalations and day-to-day people matters
- Leading performance reviews, onboarding, and WHS compliance
- Managing recruitment for non‐executive positions
- Conducting clinical audits including CBCT, BW, OPG, and IO reviews
- Overseeing registrations, insurance compliance, and equipment maintenance across all sites
- Supporting practice leaders to take ownership of their teams and environments
- Contributing to leadership meetings and broader business improvement initiatives
- Supporting brand and marketing activity as we bring the group together under a unified identity
Qualifications
- Solid background in operations or practice management, ideally across multiple sites or in a healthcare environment
- A track record of building and implementing systems and holding people accountable to them
- Someone who makes decisions with confidence and doesn't need to elevate everything
- Clear communicator who can work across both clinical and corporate environments
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable in a business that is growing and changing
- A genuine interest in innovation and continuous improvement
- Someone whose approach reflects our values of Passion, Professionalism, and Pride
Benefits
Join a business at a genuinely interesting stage of growth, with real influence over how it takes shape.
Work directly with experienced, driven founders who are committed to doing this properly.
A role that will grow in scope as the group expands.
Competitive remuneration reflecting the seniority of the position.
