**My Gateway** has multiple opportunities for Business Administration Trainees in the Macarthur region. We have several clients looking for bright, enthusiastic people to start their career today!
As part of these traineeships you will gain a **Certificate III in Business Administration** plus learn valuable on-the-job skills, all while being paid!
**About the roles**:
**_1. Our first client_** is a registered charity organisation based in Campbelltown. They provide care by assisting and providing services to support people who are disadvantaged, in need, or are vulnerable. Providing continued care for people with disabilities and their carers to help them meet their individual needs and reach their full potential.
This role will include office admin and some digital marketing duties.
**_2. Our second client_** is based in Gregory Hills. They are world leaders in smart forms and integrated business solutions. With clients ranging from government agencies and many of the world's largest corporations, to thousands of very small businesses across more than two hundred industries, globally automating millions of forms, workflows and processes to improve the way businesses work. They also have a cute office Beagle dog who is part of the team!
They are looking for 2 x trainees to be a part of their Welcome team, greeting visitors & assisting with admin duties.
**An interest in I.T would be an advantage. **Driver's licence not required.
**_3. Our third client_** is a Plastering company based in Camden. They work on small and large scale projects in the Construction Industry. Work with a close knit team of Industry specialists supporting their business in the office. This role will potentially lead to advancement within the company into other areas.
**This role also includes Work From Home opportunities one day per week.**
Driver's licence is not required for this role.
**_4. Our fourth client_** is a family owned business based in Minto. They are a home appliance & white goods rental service with over 40 years of operation. This is an admin support role with some Collections duties involved.
Some of the duties involved include: Contacting customers and taking phone calls - Chasing up missed payments - Customer service - Entering client information into Company database - Make decisions about client accounts.
This role would be suited to someone who isn't afraid of dealing with difficult customers! There is an opportunity to advance within the company into a Collections roles upon completion of the Traineeship.
Driver's licence is not required for this role.
**_5. Our fifth client_** is a private, all-girls school based in the heart of Campbelltown. They operate under the trusteeship of Good Samaritan Education. This college has a long history and charm and they provide learning experiences, opportunities and resources are structured so girls can grow into confident young women.
This role will be based in the reception office of the school & also support the P.E Department.
**A current Working with Children is essential, or willingness to obtain.**
**You must be fully vaccinated. An interest in sport would be an advantage.
