Position Scope:

· Building and nurturing genuine, long-term relationships with our valued clients

· Committing to understanding our clients' needs to guide them through the vehicle selection process with confidence and care

· Delivering a personalised end-to-end sales experience from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery

· Presenting and demonstrating premium vehicles with expert product knowledge, explain pricing, finance, and trade‐in options clearly and professionally

· Achieving and exceeding sales goals with full training and support

· Managing customer leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM systems

· Coordinating vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience

· Representing the brand with professionalism in all customer interactions

· Following up after delivery to ensure every customer experience is exceptional

· Working closely with service, parts, and finance to create a seamless ownership journey

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

· Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury retail is a strong advantage, although not essential

· A customer-first mindset with a passion for the Mercedes brand, strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

· A resilient, driven, hard‐working mindset with a natural ability to connect with people

· A coachable attitude and a genuine desire to grow and positive, team‐first approach

· Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools (preferred)

· Valid driver's licence

· Above all else, you are coachable, keen to grow, and not afraid of putting in the work. You bring a positive attitude, a bit of grit, and a team-first approach
