About The Role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client relationships through exceptional customer service and relationship management. This includes identifying new business opportunities by conducting strategic customer reviews and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. As part of a supportive team, you will share a passion for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain existing customer accounts and ensure optimal penetration.
* Drive profitable volume growth through effective asset replacement plan management, identification, and delivery of volume growth and product opportunities.
* Develop and maintain relationships within the existing client base through regular customer interactions and marketing activities.
