Orthodontist – FIFO Opportunity
An experienced Orthodontist is required to join our thriving, multidisciplinary regional practice in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, on a FIFO basis.

You’ll be supported by:
* A highly skilled clinical and nursing team
* Dedicated Treatment Coordinators managing patient flow and communication
* On‑site lab technician, prosthetist, and full specialist referral network
* A leadership team experienced in supporting visiting specialists and FIFO clinicians
As well as a practice equipped with:
* CBCT, OPGs, lateral ceph
* Multiple intra-oral scanners (iTero & 3Shape)
* Digital photography (DSLR + intra-oral cameras in all rooms)
* Dedicated photography setup
* Fully digital workflows and modern surgeries
* Comprehensive orthodontic and multidisciplinary support environment
Experience and qualifications required
* Experience providing comprehensive orthodontic care, including fixed appliances and aligner therapy
* Ability to independently assess, diagnose, treatment plan, and manage orthodontic cases from start to finish
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
* Confidence managing patient communication, consent, and treatment expectations
* Previous regional, FIFO, or visiting specialist experience is desirable but not essential
* Qualifications & Registration Specialist qualification in Orthodontics (or equivalent recognised training)
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Specialist Orthodontist (or eligibility to obtain)
* Eligible to work in Australia
* Professional Indemnity & Compliance
* Current professional indemnity insurance appropriate for specialist orthodontic practice
* Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
* Compliance with all relevant infection control, radiation safety, and professional standards
* Commitment to ethical, patient-centred care and clinical governance
* Desirable (but not essential) Experience with digital orthodontic workflows and intra-oral scanning
* Familiarity with aligner systems (e.g. Invisalign or equivalent) Interest in long-term FIFO or regional service delivery
