You'll make an impact by:
As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading Change Management at Great Southern Bank. This includes leading change practice, maintaining enterprise level change management plans, establishing, and maintaining consistent change management frameworks. Plus mentoring team members, project resources and colleagues.
* Adaptability – you are responsible for creating a culture of customer focus, care and impact. Committed to change management delivery that builds change execution maturity for investment and BAU programs. At times you may be called upon to support other duties relating to project/program delivery.
* Change Management Practice – Support and maintain our Change Management strategy, frameworks and application, to deliver better practices and successful change delivery. Advise Senior leaders and executives on organisational change approach and leading through change. Coach leaders and team members and ensure understanding of change management principles and support, across the business.
* Stakeholder Management – Lead stakeholder management which builds strong relationships and achieves desired outcomes. This includes identifying, understanding and engaging stakeholders to create strategies supporting the achievement of successful project outcomes and realised business benefits.
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 5+ years' experience delivering change management initiatives in diverse organisations
* Strong understanding of how people react during change and methods and approaches to support people through change
* Extensive knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate to variety of audiences and levels.
* Known for establishing and maintaining strong relationships and stakeholder management
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work with ambiguity and complexity
* Resilient, with a growth mindset and forward-looking approach
