We are expanding our visibility and looking for a skilled PR professional to help us strategically build our brand across tech media, AI publications, real estate outlets, podcasts, and mainstream business press.
Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Freelance PR Manager who can drive media exposure, secure high-impact press opportunities, and position Ten Sixty AI as a standout voice at the intersection of AI and real estate. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to craft compelling narratives, pitch effectively, and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, podcasters, event organizers, and influencers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a PR strategy to grow Ten Sixty AI's presence in tech, AI, real estate, and general business media.
Identify relevant journalists, editors, and publications; nurture ongoing relationships.
Pitch story ideas, founder interviews, product features, and thought-leadership pieces.
Secure placements in high-value media outlets (digital, print, podcasts, TV).
Draft press releases, media briefs, company announcements, and messaging guidelines.
Shape and refine the company's narrative around AI, automation, and the future of real estate.
Prepare PR materials for product launches, major updates, partnerships, or milestones.
Advise on brand messaging and voice to ensure consistency across all external communications.
Monitor media mentions, sentiment, and competitive PR activity.
Recommend strategies to enhance credibility and strengthen market positioning.
Identify and pitch the company/founder for AI and real estate industry panels, conferences, AMAs, podcasts, and webinars.
Requirements
Proven experience in PR for tech startups, AI companies, or real estate/proptech.
Strong relationships or contacts within tech and business media (preferred).
Excellent writing skills—able to craft clear, engaging, newsworthy narratives.
Track record of securing press placements independently.
Understanding of AI trends, real estate markets, or B2B SaaS (a strong plus).
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results on a freelance schedule.
