Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically capable of working in tight or confined spaces at client sites, as well as performing occasional heavy lifting (e.g., servers, UPS units)
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- Your own reliable vehicle (we pay mileage for work travel)
- Ability to pass background checks as required by client security policies
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, IP addressing)
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices
- Basic Microsoft Server experience
Tool Experience (Nice to Have)
- PSA tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar
- RMM platforms such as NinjaOne, Datto, or Kaseya
- Documentation tools like IT Glue, Hudu, or equivalent
