Information Technology Trainee Opportunity
About the Role:
Our organization offers a two-year traineeship program for individuals passionate about Information Technology and Audio-Visual systems. This unique opportunity combines hands-on technical work with formal study towards nationally recognized qualifications.
* Year 1: ICT Certificate III in Information Technology
* Year 2: ICT Certificate IV in Information Technology
Key Duties Include:
* Assisting senior technicians with installations and service work
* Basic rack building and cable terminations
* Setting up and commissioning AV equipment
* Handling Tier 1 support calls and remote monitoring
* Delivering equipment to customer sites
* General office and technical housekeeping

Requirements:
