This Australian Government Department plays an important role, assisting in a wide range of processes whilst developing client focused service delivery to help improve business with related material and processes.
**Your new role** 
In your new team as an administration officer you will have the opportunity to provide a high level of administrative support with high motivation. This work will involve dealing with whole portfolio parliamentary related material and processes. This position required a highly passionate and energetic individual who can work under general direction with high level organisation skills.
Your primary responsibilities are:
- Provide administrative assistant across the team 
- Strong attention to detail in written and oral communication 
- Organizational planning with a proven ability to deliver outcomes and stakeholder engagement to deliver outcomes within challenging environments 
- Ability to work flexibly to achieve team objectives and tasks 
- Screening of enquiries via telephone calls or in person, actioning as appropriate 
- Use of the PDMS system - experience is highly desirable
**What you'll need to succeed** 
Your previous experience I a similar role within the Australian Public Service will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record with experience in administration support and strong attention to detail. This role will be fast paced with numerous administration duties as required.
