Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to club enquiries and provide expert advice and information
* Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance PCYC products and services
* Maintain accurate point of sale devices and execute office administration tasks efficiently
About You
* Minimum 12 months experience working in a customer-facing or sales environment
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications
* Relevant qualifications in Fitness, Sport, and Recreation (desired but not essential)
