Job Description
The role of Service Delivery Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running of customer relationships, handling incoming calls and emails, and supporting operational needs. This position is ideal for someone with a delivery background who wants to step into more responsibility and progress their career while staying connected to the operational side of service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction
* Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide timely customer support
* Accurate and efficient data entry into systems
* Work confidently with the Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
* Partner with SDPs to ensure our service commitments are consistently met
* Support operational needs by assisting with deliveries when required
* Comply with and support all health & safety procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant customer service experience
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills, with a clear and confident manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Flexible, proactive, and willing to step in operationally when required
