Reception and Office Coordinator – full-time
Location:
Parramatta, NSW
We are recruiting a highly motivated full-time Reception and Office Coordinator to join our leading building and construction materials company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all office administration, including collating data for reporting, distribution of mail, purchasing supplies, and catering.
Receptionist duties: answer phones, file documents, photocopy, and ensure compliance and quality control.
Coordinate company events, monthly presentations, and social activities.
Organise travel arrangements and reservations as required.
Coordinate building services, including access cards and car park arrangements with building security on a day-to-day basis.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders: staff, suppliers, corporate clients, and management.
Assist in purchasing goods and services required by the Parramatta staff.
Coordinate inbound and outbound mail.
Maintain kitchen equipment and meeting rooms.
Manage and motivate one part-time support staff.
What We're Looking For
Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience, or a willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Enterprise system experience such as SAP (desirable) or Oracle.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
