Lease Administration Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Administration Manager to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lease administration process from issuing a letter of offer through to execution and registration of the Lease.
The role focuses on managing risk associated with our legal contracts (leases) and guiding both Leasing Executives and external solicitors to deliver outcomes that are in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing all lease-related documentation, including letters of offer, disclosure statements, negotiation letters, and instructions to solicitors
* Coordinating the execution and registration of leases between parties in line with compliance and risk obligations
* Responding to lease negotiation requests from external solicitors
* Maintaining accurate reporting and auditing on document status and outstanding matters relating to assets
Requirements:
* Significant experience in a comparable lease administration, legal, or retail administration related role
* Commercial acumen, drive, and ambition for commercial property management
* Paralegal experience is highly valued
* Excellent communication skills and intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office
