The Head of Department - The Arts will be a valuable member of a College Leadership Team focussed on our school strategic priorities of improvement in Curriculum, Pedagogy and Culture of Learning.
Based in the secondary school, the successful applicant will lead The Arts Faculty to deliver high-quality learning outcomes for all students by:
* Setting and maintaining high standards for staff and student performance.
* Fostering a shared educational vision and embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Managing the department's human, financial, and curriculum resources to achieve strategic goals.
* Building strong partnerships with students, parents, community groups, and other stakeholders.
* Being forward-thinking, strategic, and committed to lifelong learning and professional development.
