Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and expertise in a 6 - 12 month contract with immediate start.
The Role
* Ensure daily operations run smoothly by providing administrative assistance as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Schedule meetings and appointments for the team, ensuring timely follow-up and confirmation.
* Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
* Assist the Human Resources team with on-boarding and off-boarding employees, including updating employee records and maintaining confidentiality.
* Assist the Finance Team with goods receipting process and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist with credit card reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and up-to-date.
* Book flights and accommodation for business trips, ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
* Assist with operational training requirements, including booking and managing training sessions.
* Support site training mobilisation, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
* Update training compliance records, ensuring all staff are up-to-date with required training.
Requirements
* Prior experience in an administrative or team support role is essential.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A valid Australian Drivers License and full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
