Sales & Design Consultant | Part-time | Hours negotiable up to 32hrs per weekAbout UsRossetto Tiles is a proudly Tasmanian, family-owned business with over 30 years' experience delivering premium tile products and exceptional customer experiences.With a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship and service, we're passionate about helping our customers create beautiful spaces.The OpportunityWe're growing our Hobart team and are looking for a personable, design-savvy Sales & Design Consultant to join us in a part-time role.If you enjoy connecting with people, have an interest in interiors, or are looking to build a long-term career in a design-focused retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll become a trusted guide for customers, trades and designers by:Welcoming customers to the showroom and learning about their projectsProviding design advice and product recommendationsPreparing quotes, processing sales and coordinating deliveriesBuilding strong relationships that create repeat customersKeeping updated on new ranges, design trends and product knowledgeWhat We're Looking ForA friendly, engaging communicator with a passion for great customer serviceInterest or experience in interior design, sales or retailConfidence working with customers on colour, style and product selectionsReliability, professionalism and a collaborative approachPart-Time (approx. 32 hours per week)Preferred availability: Monday–Wednesday + Saturday (negotiable)Based in our Hobart showroomProduct training and genuine long-term career opportunitiesSupportive team cultureReady to take the next step?
