Key Responsibilities:

To be successful as a Senior Design Manager you should have significant experience in commercial construction leadership skills. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large-scale building projects is required along with excellent communication interpersonal skills effective collaboration management software knowledge strategic thinking problem-solving abilities strong time organizational skills professionalism integrity adaptability resilience ability to work under pressure Lead architect or engineering degree preferred Project Management Certification desirable
