LMS Energy is Australia's largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a full-time or part-time Senior Construction Manager in Prospect, South Australia.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Chief Project Officer where your role will primarily involve overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with design specifications and compliance standards. Regular interstate travel is required to support key projects across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to site supervisors and project coordinators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Manage site construction process, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and environmental regulations.
* Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
* Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project, and monitor progress against program milestones.
* Oversee site documentation including permits, inspections, diaries, and progress reports.
* Be involved in regular site meetings, toolbox talks, and stakeholder briefings.
* Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to guide construction activities.
* Monitor budgets and cost variations in collaboration with commercial teams.
* Work with commissioning activities across a range of projects including power stations, solar fields, and data centres.
* Manage resource planning and personnel logistics, including staff training, performance, and mentoring.
* Collaborate with the Project and Engineering teams to ensure delivery to scope, on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Trade qualification or tertiary education in Construction Management.
* 10–15 years' experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role
* White Card and relevant industry certifications.
* Exposure to digital construction tools (Procore)
* Ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
* In depth knowledge of WHS regulations, construction codes, and best practices.
* Regular interstate travel
* Australian Drivers Licence
