Customer Support Engineer
About the Role
This role is designed to provide exceptional service to customers by maintaining and developing robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the wider organization to deliver top-notch service to customers, including corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment, and software & hardware upgrades.
* Participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of customer relationships.
* Manage and resolve technical escalations, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress according to company processes.
* Provide best-in-class service to customers with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
Requirements
* Prior experience in customer-facing service engineering roles is essential. Familiarity with medical equipment like Ultrasound and Image Guided Therapy (C-Arms) is desirable.
* A Restricted Electrical License is required.
* A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant fields is necessary.
* Strong IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are expected.
