Strategic Retail Leadership Position
Job Overview:
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail boutique, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging effective clienteling and relationship-building techniques.
2. Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and desirability.
3. Lead by example in building relationships with clients and prospects, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and hospitality.
4. Manage boutique operations in accordance with established policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
5. Design and implement recruitment and talent development strategies to build a high-performing team.
6. Coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance and results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in high-end or luxury goods.
* Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
* Strong understanding of customer needs, clienteling, and hospitality principles.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a self-starter approach and team-player mentality.
* Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
* Familiarity with local market trends and conditions.
* Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
