Strata Portfolio Manager
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Strata Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
* Manage your own portfolio of 80-100 properties
* Provide general management support to property owners
* Conduct Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
* Work closely with Building Management Committees
* Budgeting, scheduling, and correspondence
* Oversee a Strata Assistant
The successful candidate will possess:
* 2+ years' experience in strata management
* Strong communication skills essential for interacting with property owners and committees
* Able to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently
* Current Strata Certificate
* Knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act
* Strata Assistant provided for administrative support
* Small business environment with manageable workload
