The Role

* Case management for injured workers who are needing physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment
* Taking a more holistic care approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
* Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
* Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
* Support large government employers and employees through our relationship with Allianz TMF (Department of Education, Department of Communities and Justice, Transport NSW)

What Will Make You Successful

* Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
* Strong clinical reasoning
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
* Passion to help people rehabilitate
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
