Group Reporting Manager – Ampol
Join us at Ampol as the Group Reporting Manager to lead the delivery of the Ampol Group's external financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Group's external reporting and ensure accuracy, compliance and insight in every disclosure, including interim and full-year financial statements and ASX reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes, systems and controls throughout the enterprise.
Manage end-to-end external audit relationships and deliver on all statutory reporting obligations.
Lead drafting and review of cyclical Board and Audit Committee reports.
Provide technical accounting advice across the Ampol Group in relation to programmes and projects.
Implement new accounting standards and disclosure requirements.
Inspire and develop a high-performing financial reporting team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
Assist the Sustainability team and wider stakeholders with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Expertise and deep understanding of financial reporting in ASX-listed environments.
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of external reporting requirements.
Demonstrated experience leading external reporting and Group reporting functions in complex enterprise organisations.
Proven experience as a trusted advisor in interpreting financial results, commercial business drivers and KPIs.
Experience managing external audit processes and relationships with auditors.
Systems-thinking approach with SAP/ERP user knowledge.
Track record of developing constructive relationships across the enterprise.
